The Team Behind the Standard

KC Painting Services has been painting New Zealand homes and buildings since 2016, trading as Kapiti Colour Painting Services until 2026. The name changed because the work did — we now work across Wellington and the Manawatū as well as the Kāpiti Coast. Same team, same company.

What started as a local painting business has grown into a company with a stable core team and accreditations that back up the standard of every job.

The company is built around three things that don't change from job to job: a consistent process from initial assessment through to handover, quality standards backed by Registered Master Painter accreditation and SiteWise Gold pre-qualification, and a team held to the same standard on every site.

Leadership & Team

Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across site delivery, operations and client services — covering scheduling, quality assurance, health and safety, and client relationships from first assessment through to handover.

On-site work is supervised by experienced site leads, supported by a team of skilled painters and tradespeople, many with years of hands-on experience in commercial, residential and retirement-living environments.

We also draw on a pool of vetted subcontractors, working under the same supervision and safety standards as our core team, to scale up for larger or overlapping projects.
