When you use our “Get a Quote” or contact forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and property address. When you apply via our “Join the Team” page, we may also collect your right-to-work status, work experience details, and a copy of your CV.

We use this information to respond to quote requests and enquiries, to schedule and carry out painting work, to assess job applications, and to communicate with you about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third parties

Our website uses the Google Maps/Places API to help with address entry, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We only share your information with these providers as needed to operate our website and services.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law.
