KC Painting Services takes on a select number of architecturally designed new-build projects each year — homes where the finish is expected to match the calibre of the architecture. We work directly with architects, designers and builders from an early stage, applying the same standard of preparation and coating systems used on our commercial and retirement-village work to a residential level of detail.

This is exacting work by nature: complex substrates, feature elements, and a finish with no tolerance for shortcuts. We limit the number of these builds we take on each year to protect that standard.
